VNS Federal Services (VNSFS) is a mitigated entity of Veolia, structured to perform work for the U.S. Government and commercial nuclear entities.

Formed in 2018 by merging VNS federal business and the acquisition of Wastren Advantage, Inc. Through legacy acquisitions, VNSFS has nearly four decades of experience supporting our Federal Government clients.

Current projects/operations at five DOE sites: Hanford, Los  Alamos, Portsmouth, Oak Ridge and Idaho.


As a compliant U.S. Government contractor, VNSFS has implemented the following mechanisms:

• U.S. Government approved rates
• Approved account system compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Cost Accounting Standards
• Business systems and associated processes and procedures in compliance with FAR.
